Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.4-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka to ensure that the matter arising out of FIR No. 28, dated 17.3.2024, Police Station Bahavwala, District Fazilka under Sections 302, 307, 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC is got investigated fairly and expeditiously so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest. 2. It is further directed that respondent No.4 shall also ensure that the CCTV footage in respect of the place of occurrence which is stated to be available is got duly examined. It is further directed that order dated 20.4.2024 and 21.8.2024 (Annexures P-9 and P-10) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Abohar are duly complied with in letter and spirit. Any other CCTV footage particularly of PGI Chandigarh as may available or be furnished by the petitoner, be also got examined.

3. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.4-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, for necessary compliance.
