(Oral) The appellant prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.159 dated 20.07.2024, registered under Sections 70(1) of BNS, 2023, Section 3(1) of SC/ST Act, 1989 & Section 10 of POCSO Act (later offences altered to Section 70(2) of the BNS, Section 3(1) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, and Section 6 of the POCSO Act at Police Station City Budhladha, District Mansa.
Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 18.12.2024 passed by this Court, the appellant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation.

CRA-S-4151-2024 Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Malikit Singh, assisted by learned counsel for respondent No.2, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the appellant has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, the present appeal is allowed and the interim bail granted to the appellant vide order dated 18.12.2024 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
