respondents has conceded that the petitioner's case is covered by the decision of this Court in CWP No.8023 of 2025, titled "Royalpreet Singh Sandhu (Minor) through His Mother vs. Union of India and another", decided on 01.10.2025. He further submits that in the event, the petitioner submits a fresh application for issuance of a passport, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority in accordance with the principles laid down in Royalpreet Singh Sandhu's case (supra), within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of such application. 3.
