(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondents No.1 to 4 to allow 8 gate passes having 3272 bags weighing 1632.418 quintals of wheat in offline mode and approve the same so that the PUNGRAIN can raise the bills of claim for payment of the said food grain supply to the FCI, as the said food grain has already been supplied but due to the technical error the said could not be uploaded on the Anaj Karid Portal and the same is pending since April 2023. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition, at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedies, in accordance with law, if need so arises.
