This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 31.07.2025 passed in CWP-21833-2025 whereby the only direction issued was to decide the legal notice after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has filed the compliance report by way of affidavit of Sh. Pankaj, IAS, Director General, Urban Local Bodies, Haryana, Panchkula, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. Learned State counsel has pointed out that the order dated 31.07.2025 has been complied with inasmuch as a speaking order has since been passed on 27.11.2025 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Today the case has been called twice since morning. However, none has put in appearance on his behalf. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
