(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondents No.3 & 4 not to disconnect the water supply outlet of canal water allotted for the fruit orchard, as the same is affecting the land and fruit crops of the petitioner. 1.1 A further prayer has been made, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the order/letter dated 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-9) issued by Superintending Engineer, Ferozepur Canal Circle, Ferozepur. 2.
A perusal of order sheets reveals that on 03.11.2025, the following order was passed by this Court:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to place on record copy of inspection report.
List on 09.12.2025."

On the adjourned date i.e. 09.12.2025, a written request for adjournment was circulated on behalf of the learned arguing counsel for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned for today. Today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, nor the order 03.11.2025 has been complied.
