The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of result dated 02.11.2022 (Annexures P-11 and P-12).

The petitioners for the same grievance and relief preferred CWP No.12454 of 2024 before this Court which was dismissed vide order dated 31.07.2024 on the ground that selection process has already completed and all the candidates including those forming part of the waiting list have already been selected. The petitioners have acted as fence sitters.

In view of dismissal of CWP No.12454 of 2024 of the petitioners, this Court cannot entertain this petition, however, it does not inhibit the respondents to consider claim of petitioners if seats are lying vacant and they are eligible as per advertisement. 5.
