ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) With reference to our order dated December 16, 2024, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, submits that the respondent authorities had invited bids qua seven districts in Haryana including Bhiwani. But, pursuant to a conscious decision taken by the competent authority, the process as regards Bhiwani has since been withdrawn, for the contract entered into between the respondent authorities and petitioner is still operative. And, the subject tender lacks adequate clarity, as to whether the bids that have been invited, in response to the impugned tender, are qua the additional space/warehouse or interfere with the rights of the petitioner, in any manner, pursuant to the letter of allotment dated May 25, 2022. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
