Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to adjust the petitioner's posting to a station within Division Mahendergarh under Circle Narnaul, considering her meritorious status, female employee category and couple case. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to include all the newly recruited clerks compulsorily participate in transfer drive for the year 2025 in a transparent and merit based procedure for the allotment of stations to newly recruited clerks, in accordance with the Government of Haryana's Online Transfer Policy of February, 2024 (Annexure P-4) and to grant interim relief pending the final disposal of the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for claiming the aforesaid relief, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated MOHD YAKUB 2024.12.17 17:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh
CWP No.34133 of 2024 20.10.2024 (Annexure P-2) and at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied, if the said representation is decided by passing a speaking order within a time bound frame.

Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record of the case.

Without going into the merits of the case at this stage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation dated 20.10.2024 (Annexure P2), submitted by the petitioner expeditiously, by passing a speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Necessary benefits, if any, found due to the petitioner shall be released expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to supplement the representation dated 20.10.2024 (Annexure P-2), within a period of two weeks from today.
