(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0158 dated 16.08.2025 registered under Sections 109 & 3(5) (Section 238 BNS added later on) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25 &27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Civil Lines, District Patiala.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
