The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 22.11.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-31476-2025, whereby direction was issued to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 29.08.2024 filed by petitioners. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 22.11.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-31476-2025, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 13.02.2026 of Amrinder Singh Malhi, Additional Chief Administrator, GMADA, SAS Nagar, along with Annexures R-2/1 to R-2/3, have been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 before the Registry.
