The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS (482 of Cr.P.C) is for issuance of directions to Judicial Magistrate, Batala for speedy disposal of complaint cases bearing No.COMI-95/2019 titled as 'Bachan Singh Versus Karamjit Singh Maan Sho' and COMI-96/2019 titled as 'Bachan Singh Versus Surinder Kaur'.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

On 29.04.2025, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had passed an order directing the concerned Magistrate to send a report as to at whose instance the trial was delayed.

As per the report of Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-JMIC, Batala, it is revealed that it is the complainant party itself, which is delaying the trial.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed. 6.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
