Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, representations dated 18.03.2024 and 14.07.2024, Annexure P-8 and P-9 respectively, have been submitted by them, but the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioners, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.
