The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 12.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2772-2025, whereby matter was remitted to the concerned authority to revisit the issue by passing a fresh order. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 12.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2772-2025, compliance affidavit dated 20.01.2026 of Jitender Kumar, IAS, Director General Secondary Education, Haryana, along with sanctioned order dated 09.12.2025 (Annexure R-1) has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 before the Registry, which is taken on record.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents for any other relief.
