The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0266 dated 01.10.2025 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, at Police Station Sarai Khawaja, District Faridabad. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required in this case.

Learned State counsel has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and, on instructions from ASI Dharam Pal further submits that the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation or custodial interrogation.
