(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No.50 dated 23.07.2020 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 406, 420 of IPC, Section 24 of Immigration Act and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Aur, District SBS Nagar, and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom in view of the compromise dated 16.09.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition in case a genuine compromise is effected between the parties in future.
