Counsel for the petitioner has made a reference to order dated 03.11.2025 and submits that an objection was raised by respondent No.3-BBMB that petitioner has an alternative remedy of approaching the District Magistrate concerned under Section 16 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885. Counsel submits that during the pendency of the petition, a representation/objections dated 04.11.2025 has been submitted before the District Magistrate vide Diary No.9236/P.A.TO D.C. on 04.11.2025.

Ms. Rajni Bala, Advocate has put in appearance and has filed her vakalatnama on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2-PSPCL, which is taken on record.
