****** ANOOP CHITKARA , J.(ORAL) Seeking issuance of directions to the official respondent(s) to release the detenue, namely, Gopi Ghai, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

State counsel submits that the detenue has been released yesterday. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take legal remedy, if any, in accordance with law including approaching the conerned Human Rights Commission. Disposed of with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
