This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 29.07.2025 passed in CWP-21425-2025. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent states that the order dated 29.07.2025 has duly been complied with and he has handed over a copy of the order dated 28.11.2025 whereby the representation of the petitioner stands decided.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
