(ORAL) By way of present petition preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioner has sought quashing of impugned order dated 13.11.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur, whereby the bail of the petitioners was cancelled and their bail bonds were forfeited to the State in case FIR No.48 dated 18.08.2022 registered under Sections 307, 452, 336, 148, 149 IPC and 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Tibber, District Gurdaspur.
