Learned State counsel refers to para 7 to 9 of the status report filed by way of affidavit of Dy. Supdt. of Police, Tosham, Bhiwani, which read thus:
7. That on dated 06.04.2024 detail of loan of accused Hari Om @ Monu from SUNLOG Pvt. Ltd, Bank, Hisar was taken in police possession vide memo. Then on dated 10.04.2024 the revenue record of the place of occurrence was taken in police possession vide memo and the sample were deposit at FSL No.24/FSLMBN/2404101488 on dated 10.04.2024. Thereafter on dated 20.04.2024 call detail, lower location, CAF ID and 65-B certificate regarding the accused Hari Om vide mobile no. 8569897801 were obtained from the concerned company. After that on dated 09.05.2024 DVR of the CCTV footage of the place of occurrence was deposit at FSL, Panchkula vide CFL No 24/CF-410 dated 09.05.2024 and on dated 13:05:2024 call detail, lower location, CAF ID and 65-B certificate regarding the accused Hari Om vide mobile no. 9467672538 were obtained from the BSNL company and the same were taken in police possession.
8. That on dated 27.05.2024, further investigation was conducted by SI, Ashok Kumar,625, CIA-2, Bhiwani. Then on dated 27.05.2024 polygraphy test of Suman and Bajrang was conducted at Central Forensic Science, Laboratory(CBI), New Delhiand on dated 28.05.2024 polygraphy test of Gourav @ Anand and Vijay was conducted at Central Forensic Science, Laboratory (CBI), New Delhi. After that on dated 05.07.2024 after obtaining the polygraph report of co-accused Gourav @ Anand, Suman, Bajrang and Vijay from Central Forensic Science, Laboratory (CBI), New Delhi, they were joined the investigation. During investigation no proof was found against co-accused Gourav @ Anand, Suman, Bajrang and Vijay and they were kept in column no 12. After that section 147,148,149,120-B of IPC was deleted later on. The investigation of ASHOK KUMAR 2026.03.11 18:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

9. That after completing the investigation against the co-accused Hari Om challan/final report was submitted before the Ld. Court on dated 17.07.2024 and Ld. Court framed charges against the coaccused U/s 302 and 201 of IPC on dated 17.07.2024. There are total 42 witness in the present case and all the witnesses has been examined and Now the trail of the case has been completed and the Ld. Court, Bhiwani, the co-accused Hari Om on dated 15.01.2026. To undergo rigorous imprisonment for Life and to pay a fine of Rs10,000/. In default of payment of fine, the convict shall be liable to undergo further imprisonment for a period of 2 year in section 302 of IPC. To undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 7 year and to pay a fine of Rs.5000/-. In default of payment of fine, the convict shall be liable to undergo further imprisonment for a period of 1 year in section 201 of IPC."

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. 3.
