NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the action of the respondent for not entertaining various representations dated 30.01.2023 and 21.08.2023 (Annexures P-3 and P-4) and legal notice dated 07.08.2024 (Annexure P-13) submitted by the petitioner, vide which the petitioner claims the financial benefits and retiral benefits as per Ex-gratia Policy, 1995. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to entertain and decide various representations dated 30.01.2023 and 21.08.2023 (Annexures P-3 and P-4) and legal notice dated 07.08.2024 (Annexure P-13) submitted by the petitioner and to grant interest on the due amount of financial benefits @ 12% per annum from the delayed period.
