*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to re-issue the passport to the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court, where the proceedings in relation to case FIR No.176 of 2018 and FIR No.380 of 2021 registered at Police Station Butana, District Karnal; are pending. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
