An affidavit dated 15.01.2026 of Dr. Palavi, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Pathankot has been filed wherein it has been stated that the Sanad issued to Jarnail Singh son of Hoshiar Singh has since been cancelled. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has made a categoric statement and has filed a reply also stating therein that respondent No.2 is no longer working as a Lambardar.
