(( ' + ,       45 6Learned counsel submits that petitioner was in partnership with the complainant as is been admitted in the FIR itself with regard to the Immigration. The atmosphere in the office not being congenial, thus she parted ways, which resulted in her false implication by stating that she had cheated him of an amount as mentioned in the FIR, the details of which are not forthcoming. There is no complaint filed by any of the customers of their partnership firm against the petitioner. She is not involved in any other case and is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will co-operate. Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, DAG Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Meanwhile the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 13.11.2025.
