This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 03.05.2024 passed in CWP-8098-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that order dated 03.05.2024 passed in CWP-9098-2024 was stayed by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.11.2024 passed in LPA-2908-2024 in terms of order dated 11.11.2024 passed in LPA-2765-2024, which till date is pending and stay is operational.

In view of the above, no ground is made out to entertain the present contempt petition and the same is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.

The costs, which were imposed vide order dated 01.12.2025, are waived off.
