Apprehending threats at the hands of respondents No.3 and 4 who happen to be SHO and ASI on the ground that they are relaƟves of one Gurpreet Singh @ Gaggi, the peƟƟoner has come up before this Court under ArƟcle 226 of ConsƟtuƟon of India.

NoƟce served upon the official respondents No.1 and 2 through State counsel. State counsel submits that representaƟon filed by the peƟƟoner is pending before DySP. She further submits on instrucƟons from ASI Mithu Ram that they have inquired about the relaƟonship of respondents No.3 and 4 with said Gurpreet Singh @ Gaggi and it has transpired that respondents No.3 and 4 are not related to said Gurpreet Singh @ Gaggi.

State counsel submits that now the InvesƟgator is different and neither respondent No.3 or respondent No.4 are the InvesƟgators in the maƩer. 4.

Given above, no further order is required to be passed and the present peƟƟon is disposed of with clarificaƟon that the concerned DySP himself/herself shall consider every plea of peƟƟoner and decide his representaƟon. All pending applicaƟons, if any also stands disposed.
