Counsel for the peƟƟoner has referred to Annexure P-4 issued by Shri Krishna MulƟ Speciality Hospital in which the doctor has advised amputaƟons of the leŌ foot of the peƟƟoner.

State counsel submits that there cannot be any dispute to the aforesaid fact.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is allowed. Interim bail granted to the peƟƟoner is extended Ɵll the pendency of the trial. In case, peƟƟoner files an applicaƟon for personal exempƟon before the trial Court due to medical condiƟon, the trial Court to consider the same sympatheƟcally. All pending applicaƟons, if any also stands disposed.
