The petitioner apprehends his arrest in respect of the offence of causing grievous injuries by a dangerous weapon 'Dah' on left arm near wrist and right arm near elbow of injured persons as alleged in FIR No. 134 dated 10.10.2024 under Sections 115(2), 118, 351(2), 191(3), 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita-2023 registered at Police Station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Considering the fact that grievous injuries are attributed to the petitioner and he has criminal antecedents, no case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
