        !     ""     #  This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in FIR No.155 dated 09.11.2024, under Sections 323, 406, 498A IPC, registered at Police Station Women Cell, SAS Nagar.

A Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 20.12.2024, had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on ad-interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Agency, Sonia Puri 2025.08.19 18:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-64670-2024 (O&M) -2subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.).

  Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 20.12.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined and cooperated with the investigation.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation. 5.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner especially when the petitioner having joined investigation, the order dated 20.12.2024 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute. 6.

However, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions stipulated under Section 482(2) BNSS. He shall also join investigation as and when called upon to do so.

The petition stands allowed.
