This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 15.10.2025 passed in CWP-30624-2025. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of Sh. Pankaj, Director General, Urban Local Bodies Department has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that order dated 15.10.2025 passed in CWP-30624-2025 has since been complied with. 4.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
