Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a justice demand notice dated 01.10.2024, Annexure P-12, has been served upon respondents, but the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioners prays that a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3.
