NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ of certiorari against the Answer Key dated 28.11.2024 (Annexure P-5) to the extent that Questions No.9 & 68 in Set D were admittedly vague/had multiple correct answers and ought to have been deleted for being contrary to Instruction No.9 of the Question Booklet dated 06.10.2024 (Annexure P-3), which mandated that "each question has only one correct answer." Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the revision of the Merit List dated 28.11.2024 (Annexure P-6) after deleting Questions No.9 and 68 in Set D.
