(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the transfer order dated 27.11.2024, Annexure P-7, whereby the petitioner, who is working as Computer Programmer and posted at main campus of the University at Hisar, has been transferred to Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Yamuna Nagar.

One of the grounds taken in the petition is, the advance stage of petitioner's pregnancy, and the related medical issues she is facing on account of her earlier miscarriages.

Learned counsel for the University, on instructions, contended that the petitioner was transferred to KVK, Yamauna Nagar, in terms of instructions PAYAL 2024.12.20 15:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-34172-2024 -2issued by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) dated 11.11.2024, which required the KVK employees to be transferred to their respective Kendras. However, considering the medical condition the petitioner is in, the University has re-considered the matter and has decided not to give effect to the impugned transfer order, dated 27.11.2024, qua her for the time being. A fresh decision will be taken to post her in any of the KVKs, and she is at liberty to represent her case for a suitable posting on medical grounds which will be duly considered before passing the fresh order. 4.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 5.

Disposed of.
