For the reasons stated in the application, the same is hereby allowed and the documents annexed with the application, as Annexure P-7 and P-8, are hereby taken on record.

CRWP-11918-2025 (O&M) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that although the representation has not been moved before any authority, yet the petitioners would be satisfied if the Annexures P-2 and P-8 are treated as representations of the petitioners and a direction for disposal of the same is given to the respondent No.3- the Superintendent of Police, Hisar, in a time bound manner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the interest of justice, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to treat the copy of Annexure P-2 and Annexure P-8 as representations of the petitioners, and decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of instant order. It is however clarified that no finding is being returned, by this Court, with regard to merits of the contents of the annexures/representations. The respondent No.3 shall be at liberty to make an independent assessment with regard to contents of the representations, and take an independent decision at his own level.
