*** H.S. Grewal, J. (Oral) This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., 1973 in case bearing FIR No.604 dated 11.11.2024 under Sections 418, 420, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Saran, District Faridabad. 2.

In compliance of order dated 02.04.2025 passed by this Court, report of the Mediator has been received whereby the parties have settled their differences. The said report is taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that as per settlement/ agreement before the Mediator, out of disputed amount of Rs.69 lakhs, Rs.35 lakhs has already been deposited before the trial Court / Illaqa Magistrate in the shape of FDR and the remaining amount of Rs.34 lakhs shall be paid by the petitioners in four installments of Rs.8.50 lakhs each on 17.05.2025, 17.06.2025, 17.07.2025 and 17.08.2025.

Learned counsel for the complainant agrees to the said terms and states that he has no objection in case bail is granted to the petitioner. 5.

CRM-M-63924-2024 -2petitioners to appear before the Investigating Officer and join the investigation and in the event of their arrest, they were ordered to be released on ad-interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating/Arresting Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 6.

In the light of the above fact that the matter has been resolved amicably between the parties, the order dated 18.12.2024 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute. It is further directed that the amount of Rs.35 lakhs deposited before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate in the present case, be released to the complainant.

However, the petitioners shall abide by the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. They shall also join investigation as and when called upon to do so.

The petition stands allowed.
