Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite an order dated 29.08.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed by State Information Commission, Haryana, the information qua point No. 1 has not been given to the petitioner, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Information Commission , Haryana with the prayer that appropriate action be taken against the officer concerned under Section 20 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 for not supplying the information despite being direction given by the State Information Commission, Haryana. 2.

In case any such application is filed by the petitioner before the State Information Commission , Haryana, the same be decided in accordance with law preferably within two months from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
