(Oral) Counsel for the respondent submits that the amicable settlement had reached between the parties and on the basis thereof, the parties had filed petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, which has since been allowed by learned trial Court, vide judgment dated 04.07.2025, copy of the judgment has been supplied by the counsel today, which is taken on record.

Also, it is submitted that the divorce petition i.e. HMA334/2023 titled "Harpreet Singh v/s Ramandeep Kaur", has already been dismissed as withdrawn. However, none has made appearance on behalf of the applicant today.
