(Oral) Reply by way of an affidavit of Varanjit Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, State Special Operation Cell, Fazilka has been filed on behalf of respondent - State by the learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Custody certificate has also been filed and the same is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition but prays that directions be issued to the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial as expeditiously as possible but preferably within 06 months from the next date of hearing fixed before it.
