Advocate General, Punjab. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner apprehends his arrest in respect of offence of punishable under Section 379-B of the Indian Penal Code in FIR No. 238 dated 17.09.2021 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar, arising out of an incident of snatching of mobile which has been recovered from co-accused, who has incidentally expired.

The incident took place on 06.09.2021 and the petitioner is still at large for the last more than three years three months. The motor cycle used for the commission of offence has not yet been recovered. 3.

In view of the above, no case for anticipatory bail is made out. The petition stands dismissed.
