Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for setting aside order dated 16.10.2024, Annexure P-4, passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hodal, by which the application under Order 7 Rule 11, CPC, filed by the respondentsdefendants, has been allowed. 2.

When confronted with the maintainability of the revision petition, counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available in accordance with law.
