(Oral) The substantive prayer made in the petition reads thus :- "IT IS, THEREFORE, RESPECTFULLY PRAYED THAT APPROPRIATE DIRECTION BE ISSUED TO LD FAMILY COURT TO PASS THE FINAL ORDER IN THE INTERIM APPLICATION FILED IN THE MNT 483 OF 2021 (ANNEXURE P-1) AGAINST THE HUSBAND OF THE PEITTIONER (AKSHAY SINGH) AND OTHERS, BUT THE LD. ADDITIONAL PRINCIPAL JUDGE IS NOT PASSING THE FINAL ORDER, AS THE APPLICATION FOR INTERIM MAINTENANCE WAS FILED ON 13.09.2021 AND SAME IS FOR INITIAL CONSIDERATION, SO THE APPROPRIATE DIRECTION MAY KINDLY BE ISSUED TO THE FAMILY COURT TO DECIDE THE SAME AS THE PETITIONER AND HER MINOR DAUGHTER ARE FACING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP SO THE SAID APPLICATION KINDLY ORDERED TO BE DECIDED IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE." Keeping in view the nature of the prayer made in the petition, this Court does not deem it appropriate to call upon the respondents at this stage.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the record, especially keeping in view the factum of application in question having been filed on 13.09.2021, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Family Court to take a ratiocinated decision upon the application (copy whereof has been appended as Annexure PARVINDER SINGH 2024.12.20 17:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
