  This petition has been filed through e-filing for directing the respondents to sanction/grant the benefit of 2nd and 3rd ACP scale as the petitioner did not get any financial upgradation or promotion for more than 30 years.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s). The hard copy of the instant case has not been submitted. The instant case file has been put up by the Registry in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Computer Committee dated 28.05.2025, duly approved by Hon'ble the Chief Justice. It is also submitted by the Registry that duplicate case bearing No.CWP-35172-2024 has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 07.01.2025.
