(Oral) The prayer in the petitions under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.12 dated 18.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 224, 132, 303(2) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Kabirpur, District Kapurthala. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 21.11.2025 passed by this Court, petitioners have joined the investigation.
