Report dated 19.12.2024, prepared by warrant officer, has been produced in Court in sealed cover. Same has been opened by the Court Secretary and perused by this Court and it is found that the alleged detenue was arrested in case i.e. FIR no.406, dated01.12.20242, under Sections 304(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station City Kharar, and was also produced before the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kharar. Said Court had granted judicial remand till 04.12.2024 vide its order dated 03.12.2024.

Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to avail remedy, if any, available to him under the law.
