NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for quashing the FIR No.0049 dated 18.02.2024 registered under Sections 313, 323, 34, 379(2)(n), 506 IPC at Police Station Sector - 13/17, Panipat, District Panipat (Annexure P-1) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Further prayer has been made to stay the proceeding pending before the learned trial Court qua the said FIR. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 12.11.2024 whereby charges were framed, in accordance with law.
