The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.0325, dated 06.10.2025 under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) BNS, registered at Police Station City Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur. 2.
This Court vide order dated 07.11.2025 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 07.11.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
Status Report filed by way of an affidavit of Dev Dutt, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division City, District Hoshiarpur, today in Court, is taken on record.
