Present petition has been filed u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking consolidation/clubbing of the multiple FIRs registered against the petitioner on similar allegations by different complaints to one case, i.e., FIR No. 703, dated 17.12.2024, under Sections 316(2), 318(4) [added later on Sections 61(2) of BNS, 2023, Section 3 of HPIDFE Act, 2013, and Sections 21 & 23 of BUDS Act], registered at P.S. Thanesar Sadar, Kurukshetra, District Kurukshetra.

To enable the petitioner to furnish the particulars of all the criminal cases, including those referred to in the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as sought and recorded here-above.
