**** Karamjit Singh, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in a criminal case having FIR No.756 dated 13.11.2024 under Section 34, 406, 420 and 506 IPC (Section 468 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Sirsa City, District Sirsa.

On the last date of hearing, it was brought to the notice of the Court by the counsel appearing for the petitioner that the dispute between the parties is primarily of civil nature and the complainant has already filed civil suit with regard to the subject matter involved in the present case and copy of the plaint of said civil suit is Annexure P-4. 3.

State counsel, on instructions from SI Sataywan, made a statement that indeed petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no longer required by the police for the purpose of further investigation or custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 18.12.2024 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
