In compliance of order dated 10.11.2025, the alleged detenue is present in Court and made a statement that she has not been illegally detained, rather she is residing with respondent No.4 on her own will and she does not want to go with the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State relying upon the status report submits that the statements of the petitioner-Darshan Kaur was recorded and she has stated that she is satisfied with the police proceedings and does want to pursue the present writ petition. To lend force to his arguments he relies upon Annexure R-1 annexed with the reply.

In view of the statement made by the detenue-Radha, a major of sound disposing mind, and the statement made by the petitioner-Darshan Kaur, no case is made out for grant of extraordinary relief in writ of habeas corpus.
